Gary has over 30 years of experience in construction, modification, testing, inspection and auditing of mechanical, electrical and I&C components and component parts. Twenty five of these years were directly related to nuclear quality assurance and quality control. Twenty of Gary's work years were in the area of Quality management.

Gary's qualifications include:

• Lead Auditor, ANSI N45.2.23
• Source Surveillance/QC Inspector
• Current or Previous Certifications:
  • Global Quality Assurance - 2002 to present
  • Washington Public Power Supply System - 1981 - 2000
• Level III and Level II ANSI N45.2.6 for Electrical, Mechanical
  and I&C
• QA Supervisor/Manager Experience
